Founded in 1994 by Tom Millitzer the company started specializing in the cable television sector. In 1996 Tom saw the similarities between the new Internet industry and decided to enter this marketplace.

Miscellaneous NCC Fact: In 1999 NCC auctioned the domain name "wallstreet.com" for $1.1 million. At that date it was the highest valued item ever sold via an on line auction. The auction lasted 6 hours.
About Tom Millitzer:
Prior to founding NCC Mr. Millitzer was co-founder and President of Charter Cable Systems, Inc. He raised over $70 million in this start-up cable television company. As President he personally identified and negotiated over 40 acquisitions for Charter.
Tom was a Senior Executive at Teleprompter Corporation, Director of Rates and Franchises for Group W Cable, Inc and Combined Cable Corporation. In addition during his 20 years in the cable television industry he managed the 11th largest cable television system in the United States.
