About Tom Millitzer:
Prior to founding NCC Mr. Millitzer was co-founder and President of Charter Cable Systems, Inc. He raised over $140 million in today's dollars as he launched a new cable television company. As President he personally identified and negotiated over 40 acquisitions for Charter.
Tom was a Senior Executive at Teleprompter Corporation, as Director of Rates and Franchises for Group W Cable, Inc he negotiated cable television franchises with city governments across the nation. Millitzer also managed the 11th largest cable television system in the United States. Tom knows transactions, negotiations and real life business operations.
