Recent Client Comments....

NCC has no problem signing NDA's with potential clients...as we often state "If we can't keep it confidential we won't be in business tomorrow"... but we did find this refreshing quote in a 2010 E-mail:

"Attached are a couple of documents to brief you on our company.  Normally I would have you sign an NDA prior to sharing this data but your background and reputation speaks for itself.  We can do the paperwork later."

Thank you for your trust - NCC...

Is now a good time to sell your company?

There are several market dynamics in the market today that benefit the middle and small market seller:

NCC believes there are several reasons for this:

    •  The hosting industry is growing and investors love growth.
    • Most of the transactions NCC deals in, $25 million or less, can be done with cash on hand by the buyer. These are small transactions and often do not require bank financing.
    • Potential acquisition targets are "standing on the sidelines". This results in a gap in the marketplace, creating a Sellers market.
