New Commerce Communications Closes Toronto Data Center Sale

New Commerce Communications, Inc. (NCC) today announced that WorldChat Online, Inc. a Toronto based Data Center, hosting and Internet access provider has been sold to Galaxy OnLine Inc. (CDN: GOLI). NCC initiated the sale and represented WorldChat in the transaction.

Tom Millitzer, President of NCC stated, "The sale of WorldChat was an excellent exit scenario for the owners and exceeded their original financial expectations". NCC's goal is to present ISPs to qualified buyers and elicit offers in a tight timeframe to achieve the best price for the seller.
