Millitzer Presents At ISPCON

SAN JOSE - NCC President and Founder, Tom Millitzer was before a well attended audience for the first scheduled conferance presentation at ISPCON. His presentation, "How to Prepare Your Internet Company for Sale, and Make More Money" provided tips and some general rules in selling or buying and Internet company.

Liam Eagle, editor of Web Host Industry Review (The WHIR) wrote an extensive article regarding the presentation. It should be noted that Mr. Millitzer writes the M&A blog for the WHIR.
