EnActen Acquires Web Host Alentus – NCC Brokers Deal
January 4, 2008 – Cape Coral, FL – New Commerce Communications (NCC) today announced that California based EnActen Corporation has completed the acquisition of Canadian dedicated and shared hosting provider Alentus. NCC represented Alentus in the sale.
Alentus is one of Canada's premiere Windows dedicated and shared web hosting firms the Company is also a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner. Based in Edmonton, Alberta, Alentus has reported more than 107 consecutive months of profitable operations. Customers including Fortune 500 firms such as Coca-Cola, Intel, Kellogg's, and departments of the United States and Canadian governments.
