UK Hosting Company Bid Date Extended

December 23, 2009 - NCC today announced that date for the final bid for the London based UK dedicated hosting proivider has been extended to Thursday january 21, 2010 at 12 noon (-5 GMT) local east coast US time. Bids are due in the NCC offices at that date as outlined in the Bid Package for this transaction.

UK Hosting Company has annual revenues of £ 1,900,000 or ($3.1 million USD) will be sold to the highest bidder on Januaey 21, 2010 - There is no stalking horse.

NCC was contacted by the seller on November 28th to conduct this contractually agreed bid as mandaged by the owners of the firm. NCC completed an extensive 40 page memorandum for the sale of the Company. This brochure was ready for distribution on December 12th and contains details that will assist prospective buyers in there due-diligence for a potential bid and transaction.

Accompaning the Memorandum is a detailed bid package that outlines the procedures regarding the process.

Due diligence questions will be accepted through Tuesday 19 January 2010 and site visits will be accomodated through the same date.
