Texas Hosting Company Sold

August, 2009 - NCC today announced that it has closed a leading Texas shared hosting company located in the Austin Texas area. Due to confidentiality reasons the name of the buyer and the seller were not disclosed.

Tom Millitzer, President of NCC noted that the company had been put on the market in December of 2008 and an LOI was inked in late February of 2009. According to NCC the web hosting company had annual revenues of $2.3 million and served approximately 9,000 accounts. The average rate for the accounts was $27 per month.

In representing the firm NCC prepared a detailed memorandum providing much of the du-diligence required by most buyers. Mr. Millitzer noted that his firms presentations moves the sale process and provides buyers with the information they need to move the transaction thought he prospects management team review.

NCC was founded in 1994 and represents the owners of Internet firms in the sale of their companies. The firm specializes in Web Hosting, Data Centers, Broadband and WISP providers in the United States, Canada, Australia and the UK.
