Ruby Rails Web Hosting Firm Sold- NCC Closes Transaction

April 28, 2010 - NCC International today announced the closing of the sale of a web hosting company specializing ib Ruby on Rails web applications. NCC represented the owners of the sale of the company. Due to confidentiality agreements, the buyer and seller were not disclosed. NCC did state however it was an all cash transaction.

The seller is a world recognized shared Ruby on Rails shared hosting firm and operates exclusively on a Linux platform. The Ruby centric firm served over 3,000 web sites.

The Ruby platform was used in the development of Twitter and has an avid international following. The company sold is well recognized  in this hosting sector.
