Excellent Attendance At NCC HostingCon Presentation

August 2009 - NCC made a presentation regarding web host mergers and acquisitions at HostingCon. HostingCon is an international web hosting industry event with participants from over 20 countries.

Tom Millitzer's presentation "Dissecting A Web Host Acquisition" focused on the rational and motivations for both the buyer and seller. According to Millitzer, "I wanted to go behind the numbers and into the psyche of the transaction". Part of the presentation was outlining the hidden meaning within those numbers, or "What the numbers are saying, but no one is seeing. For example in one of his examples it was completely overlooked that the owner was taking another $260,000 a year out of the company."

NCC prides itself in providing excellent information regarding the firms it represents. This saves potential buyers enormous amounts of time and according to NCC results in higher sales prices for its clients.

NCC is one of the most active merger and acquisition specialists in the web host industry. Based on Cape Coral Florida the firm was established in 1994. The company has completed over 300 assignments.

Internet M&A Broker Expands Website

February 19, 2009 - CAPE CORAL, FL --- NCC - New Commerce Communications today announced that it has launched a completely redesigned website. NCC is a leader in mergers and acquisitions of Internet related companies.

Tom Millitzer, President of NCC, noted that the new site allows the company to make enhanced use of graphics and communication tools. "Clients will be able to load large files directly to our servers" said Millitzer. It also provides for providew several forms which enables NCC to provide faster service to our clients.

The site architecture permits NCC to add and change graphics. Using this function companies listed for sale can include actual brochure graphics, spreadsheets and other information to assist the buyer.

This redesign represents the 4th major overhall in the NCC site since its initial launch in 1997.

NCC provides merger and acquisition services to web hosting, data centers, CLECs, Broadband , WISPs and similar firms.
