"Attached are a couple of documents to brief you on our company.  Normally I would have you sign an NDA prior to sharing this data but your background and reputation speaks for itself.  We can do the paperwork later."

    Negotiations - the soviet style - one of many possibilities

    This video is an adjunct to an article Soviet Style Negotiations - You Can Negotiate Anything written by Tom Millitzer for the WHIR.

    This video is a sample of a specific negotiation style. It is one of dozens of techniques which may or may not be viable for your transaction. In fact it often is used for one potential buyer and another style for another, people react differently. The question does it work in this case.
